10 STEPS TO BUILD YOUR RELAXING SHOWER RITUAL
1. SNAG SOME EUCALYPTUS
One of the best ways to instantly enhance your shower ritual is through scent. Placing eucalyptus over your showerhead is a self-care (and aromatherapy) favorite. Before hanging your eucalyptus, you can use a rolling pin to activate its oils. Remember to keep the plant out of the flow of water so the leaves don’t get drenched!

4. DRY BRUSH + REVITALIZE
Before settling into your relaxing shower ritual, take a moment to energize the body by dry brushing. It’s recommended you dry brush before bathing, on completely dry skin. You may start at your feet and work upward, gently brushing towards your heart in short strokes. Dry brushing removes the buildup of dead surface cells and impurities. Recite the affirmation: “My glow is contagious” and enjoy the invigorating act of tending to your body.
5. ADJUST THE WATER TEMPERATURE
Start with warm water to heat up your eucalyptus.
