What is your favorite part about yourself?
My favorite part about myself is how I empathize and listen to everyone’s story, connecting and respecting the fact that everyone on this planet has their own story to tell. I love giving, servicing, and nourishing others in need.
My dream for the future is…
I dream of more robust health and wellbeing for women, children, and men, including better mental health [support], slowing down the auto-immune and cancer incline, and ending sexual and emotional abuse.
What is your favorite daily ritual that’s just for you?
My favorite daily routine is waking up to a full glass of lemon water. After 20 minutes, I take two MotherBees Omegas to activate my brain for the day [and] set my phone alarm for a 22-minute silent meditation.
What is your personal mantra of the moment?
Be clear about what you want and what you don’t want. Stay in the positives.
And also: Two paths to choose from, and you can create as many forks in the road to stop [and] listen, with as many creative options as you please.
What music, book, and/or podcast are you vibing to?
I’ve always loved personal growth, spiritual, and business books and podcasts: Guy Raz’s “How I Built This” as well as music like Beach House’s “Chariot,” Moby’s “Almost Home,” and Alicia Keys’ “Superwoman”!
Who and what inspires you?
Michelle Obama inspires me with her vulnerability, her confidence, her family values, and her inner strength.
What does beauty look like to you?
Beauty, to me, is exuding magnetic confidence. A skin that glows with radiance; eyes that are joyful, loving, and clear; and words that are sharp, empowering, and kind.
