Members of the Keys Soulcare community open up about finding and trusting their voices.
– KEYS SOULCARE
Speaking up for ourselves takes so much more work than what the outside world can see. Very often, it’s the result of our ideas and ideals colliding with pivotal life moments. Oh, and did we mention it can be downright terrifying? That’s exactly why we’re so down to feature the voices and stories of people working through that process again… and again… and again.
We recently asked you how you’re learning to turn speaking up for yourself into ritual. Here are a few of our favorite responses.
@Kyradanyell
“Reminding myself that my voice matters, my feelings are valid, and no one will speak for me.”
@Simovaanezka
“Writing, journaling… my thoughts, my dreams, my reminders, my affirmations…”
@Twiztidkat
“Counseling is showing me techniques! Confidence in yourself is key.”
@Jbaltaz

Which piece of wisdom are you keeping in your back pocket for the next time you need to speak up?
