Live classes, streaming platforms, and communities to find your flow, wherever you are.
– KEYS SOULCARE
Movement is such a powerful and exquisite way to get out of our heads and in tune with our bodies. And yoga, specifically, has been proven to increase our capacity for physical health and mindfulness, both on and off the mat.
Today, we’re rounding up four online destinations where you can head to get your flow on, anytime and anywhere.
1. SETU
Featuring instructors from all walks and corners of the world, the thoughtfully designed site lets you search classes by teaching style (i.e., “mindful,” “playful,” “grounding”), experience level, and more. Ease in with a foundational intro session, then sign up for a subscription (starting at $4) or book private virtual sessions once you’ve found your ideal format.
2. TRAPSOUL YOGA BY THE VILLIJ
In case the name wasn’t enough of a clue, this Montreal-based community “dedicated to helping womxn of color connect with themselves and their community through shared breath and movement” pairs intensely thoughtful asanas with seriously hype playlists. (Stream a current one here, and thank them later!) Sign up for single sessions like “Yin Slowdown” and “Hatha Rise,” or opt for a monthly subscription to stream live classes.
3. SKY TING
Tune into their daily live classes or access a library of digital sessions and single-move-based workshops ranging from mobility restoration to hands-on, self-healing techniques. Something else to love: that you can try as many SKY TING TV classes as you like for seven days for absolutely free.
4. YOUTUBE
The free platform features beautifully produced (free!) yoga and wellness classes from a range of practitioners. The trick is knowing where to look. Well + Good and Faith Hunter are two of our go-to channels, but search the platform for your favorite magazine or Instagram yogi.
We’d love to hear if this list brought you something new, or inspired you to revisit your own practice. Share where you’re clicking — and which classes resonated with you — in the comments.
